Realty Executives was founded by Dale Rector in Phoenix in 1965 as the first 100% concept company in the country. The concept, revolutionary at the time and now widely copied, is quite simple: Sales Associates receive 100% of their commissions. Associates pay their fair share of the company overhead each month by choosing a "fee plan" that suits their specific needs. In 1973, Dale Rector branched out into Tucson and hired Helen Heun to run the offices here. Today, Realty Executives of Tucson, doing business as Realty Executives Southern Arizona, Inc. is a locally owned franchise covering the entire Southern Arizona region. We currently are:
