Anthony brings his experiences as an entrepreneur in diversified industries such as food processing, contract manufacturing, banking and finance. His role is to manage the company's strategic endeavors including affiliated business arrangements (e.g. mortgage, title, insurance, etc.), mergers and acquisitions, and new technology.

Sue Cartun - Chief Operating Officer & Designated Broker

Sue's successful sales background preceeded her position as Chief Operating Officer.  She acheived "Top Ten" status and 100% Club with Realty Executives International and has been with the firm since 1979.  Sue has been named as one of the 500 "Most Powerful Women in Real Estate" by National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine, is a nationally recognized speaker and author on technology and real estate topics and an instructor for the Graduate Realtor® Institute. Currently, Sue serves on the national board of directors for the Women's Council of Realtors®.  She served as Tucson Association of Realtors® President in 2001.  She carries several real estate designations including e-PRO - Certified Internet Professional, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, and ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative.  "Sue is absolutely without peer when it comes to work ethic, integrity, experience and in-depth knowledge of how to effectively and efficiently deliver high quality brokerage support to our Executives and the clients they serve", said Anthony Azar, CEO.  "And Sue has a compelling positive vision for the future of our Company and industry that is infectious."

Judy Lowe - Executive Vice President

As Director of the Business Balance Program, Judy brings her expertise and astute business accumen to an exciting new and innovative effort focused on supporting and transforming lives of real estate professionals bringing long term solutions regarding career planning, financial stability and retirement security. Helen Heun - Founder

Helen opened the first Realty Executives office in Tucson in May, 1973, and directed the company's local growth until 1997 when it was acquired by Judy Lowe. She continues to work with the Management Team in cooperation and mutual support to facilitate the progress of the company in Southern Arizona.
