Remarkable Successes at Realty Executives Southern Arizona

2005 was a great year at Realty Executives Southern Arizona! 

 

For the first time ever, our closed sales volume in a calendar year exceeded $1,000,000,000 — reaching a record $1,323,755,137 in sales volume!  Our company ranks in the top 125 out of nearly 90,000 real estate brokerages nationwide. 

 

Our Executives are the most experienced, credentialed and productive agents in the business — and our stats prove it! Congratulations on this remarkable achievement!

 

Realty Executives continues to be the #1 brand in Arizona real estate (as measured by volume of real estate sold) for 35 years in a row!  And Realty Executives Southern Arizona, being Southern Arizona’s largest locally owned real estate brokerage, has increased its market share in 2005 and gained considerable momentum in a very competitive landscape. 

 

In our rapidly changing real estate market and industry, we will continue to focus our energy in three primary areas:

 

First, the service we provide is one of excellence and support in every stage of the home ownership experience.

Service is the cornerstone of our efforts to become a true single source for the consumer's real estate ownership needs.  

 

We have close working relationships with Pinnacle Mortgage, Catalina Title Agency, and American Home Shield/First American Home Buyers Protection (home warranty).  And, we are excited to announce our newly formed relationship with Reliable Insurance Agency, a Property and Casualty Insurance company.  We are now the complete real estate service enterprise that 82% of homebuyers prefer working with!1

 

We are fully committed to making sure that the experience is above and beyond the expectations of our Executives and the clients they serve.  In 2006, many exciting tools will be introduced which focus on transactional communication which will allow for seamless, real time information to all involved in the transaction.

Second, we are committed to continual growth, which is a healthy condition of a vital and thriving organization.

In this instance, growth means a number of things: growth in per agent performance and profitability, professional growth of our Executives and their support teams, growth in our reach through acquisition and expansion, and growth in agent count and sales volume.

 

Transactional Growth – Commission Income to our Agent/Executives was up 48% to $36 million and Transaction volume was up 18% to 5,207 closed sides. We attribute our success and reputation to our Executives who consistently provide their clients with an outstanding real estate experience and to the high caliber support teams within our real estate services enterprise.

 

Physical Growth Our physical expansion into Southern Arizona has been significant in both Pima and Santa Cruz counties.  We have expanded offices, adding capacity to our Oro Valley branch and expanding our Casas Adobes office and Joesler Village office.  2006-2007 has some exciting new additions in a new and larger Oro Valley office that fronts Oracle Road, and a new central office that will be the talk of the town (really!) and plans for at least one, or possibly two, new Houghton Road office locations.

 

In our efforts to serve our Executives even better, we will be consolidating our administrative activities in a new, centrally located space (June 2006).  This expansion will give our company much needed new capacity in our Ventana Village foothills location. 

 

Our plans call for expansion into the reaches of Southern Arizona as quickly as the right opportunities present themselves. 

 

Professional Growth  

Ø        Continuing Education - Realty Executives provides its agents with quarterly educational opportunities which provide all credit hours necessary for license maintenance.

Ø        Access to Cutting Edge Information - We have recently become the only residential real estate enterprise to be invited into the prestigious forecasting project at the University of Arizona.  We take great pride in being able to provide our Executives and their clients with the most in-depth, accurate and focused research available.  This is one more important way that we are able to demonstrate the dramatic advantage of working with an Executive.

Ø        Training – One of very own Executives, Cheryl Terpening is leading our company’s efforts to develop the Executives of tomorrow through Executive Path, an in-depth, one on one training and development program specifically designed for Realty Executives Southern Arizona. 

Ø        Charitable Giving – Consistent with our tradition of giving back to our community, Realty Executives Southern Arizona, through its various charitable initiatives, grew its contributions to well over $40,000 to qualified non-profit agencies in 2005.

 

Third, we understand that clients need and demand the efficiencies of technology.

 

We are committed to providing our Executives with the cutting edge resources that improve their efficiency and ability to serve their clients.

 

Our IWeb (the WebTop) is nationally recognized as one of the most effective tools available for agents. This system allows our agents to perform their tasks more efficiently, and provides access to a wealth of tools and information instantaneously.  A web cast demonstration of the WebTop’s features is available at The Webtop5.

 

In addition, we have developed leading edge systems in order to support our agents in real time with our on-line transaction storage, retrieval and review.  We also provide call capture systems (I-Call), and high quality guided slide shows on all our listings (I-Tour) to every agent on every transaction. This technology is proven to improve agent performance and profitability, as well as create a high standard for customer service and satisfaction.

 

Based upon our Executives’ feedback, our public site, located at www.goTucson.com (also known as goGreenValley.com, or goSouthernArizona.com) was recently enhanced to provide even greater ease of use for both agent and consumer allows consumers to search over 45,000 MLS listings in Tucson, Green Valley and Phoenix, as well as additional properties not found in MLS.  It also allows consumers to receive email alerts when homes meeting their criteria are listed or have an open house, and acts as a valuable "lead-processing center" that directly benefits agents.
