Licensing Information

In order to become licensed to practice real estate in the state of Arizona, you are required by the state to:

• Take a 90 hour licensing course
• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass the school and state real estate exam
• You must be licensed to a broker to actively work as a salesperson

Costs

As an experienced agent coming from another real estate company, your initial investment in the real estate business has already been taken care of. There are very few fees involved in making the move to REALTY EXECUTIVES Southern Arizona. Once here, you may choose the fee plan which suits your personal needs for paying your fair share of overhead each month.
