These services include BPO's, CMA's, drive by services, interior/exterior pictures, winterizing, maintenance and listing services. Their evaluation is based on a competitive market analysis of the property, neighborhood,comparable sales, and competing listings.
We customize your BPO services to fit your particular needs. This means, depending on the fee paid, we'll use your forms, supply you with digital photography, meet your time frames, and forward both "active" and "sold" comparables to you.
On REO properties we immediately place your property in MLS (Multiple Listing Service). We market your property on our internet site www.gotucson.com, Home Tour and I-Call, a call capture program. Property to be listed in Homes & Land and Tucson Newspapers. We, of course, use a "For Sale" yard sign, brochures, and a lock box system to get your property sold in the shortest time period at the highest price possible.
