I am writing this letter on behalf of Jenna Loving. Jenna was our real estate agent this spring for the purchase of our first home. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Jenna. She went above and beyond the call of duty throughout our interactions with her. She showed us homes—both single family residences and townhouses—all over Tucson and helped us develop a true sense of what type of home we were looking for. The hours spent with Jenna were always enjoyable and productive. When we finally found the home we were looking for, Jenna was quick to help arrange all the necessary inspections and did an enormous amount of extra leg work calling plumbers and various other workers into the home. A fine example of Jenna’s dedication to her clients is the following story. The day before we were set to close on our home, Jenna discovered the previous occupants had left the home in disarray. Jenna went out of her way to call in cleaning staff to come into the home so it would be clean for my arrival from out of town. I had not yet seen the house in person, and Jenna wanted my first impression of the place to be a positive one. Needless to say, I absolutely love our new place.
