Cheryl Terpening
Cheryl has been a successful REALTOR® in Tucson since 1994. She holds an Associate Broker License, and the following designations; ABR, GRI, CRS, PMN.
She has continually given back to her industry and fellow REALTOR®.
Cheryl has held every office in Women's Council of REALTORS®, serving as President in 2000. That same year, she served as a Director of the Board for the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and a member of the Hearth Foundation Board. She continued to serve TAR as Treasurer, Vice President and Operations Management Core Chair. She was the Chair of the TAR Fair and Affordable Housing Committee in 2003 and 2004 which received the "TAR Committee of the Year" both years. She has served as a Director for the AAR's Arizona REALTOR® Housing Need Foundation since 2004, a committee member of the joint Partnership Homeownership Fair with local non profit agencies including HUD and Fannie Mae in 2004 and 2005, as well as Chair of the TAR Roundtable Sessions for 2005 in charge of developing sessions for Continuing Education Credit Hours for license renewal. Cheryl was an invited guest speaker representing TAR at NAR's Housing Summit in Washington D.C. in 2003 and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® in 2004, speaking about the structure and success of the TAR Fair and Affordable Housing Committee. Her continued dedication demonstrates her strong belief in giving back to her community and taking an active roll in the ongoing development of her fellow REALTOR®.
